How to Cancel Order?

We will guide you on how to cancel your order.
- Once an order cancellation is received, the order cancellation will be confirmed within 1 business day and a refund will be issued.
- If your order is in delivering or has been delivered, order cancellation will be rejected. In this case, please refer to the information on Returns and refunds.
*Caution*
It is almost impossible to withdraw an order cancellation request. Please judge carefully.

1. Click ‘My Account’ at the top left of our main page.
2. Check your order number and click the cancel button to cancel your order.
3. Please provide a reason for order cancellation.
