1. Basic policy for return and refund

- Returns and refunds are not possible for orders that have passed 1 month after delivery was completed.

You should check the damage and quantity immediately upon receiving the item.

- If we shipped and delivered correct part number you ordered, you are responsible for shipping charges ( for all shipping include return) and we will refund you for only parts amount.

*Refund will be made after we got returned one. Any returned items must be new with original packing without scratches

- If we shipped wrong part number or broken parts, we will pay for return and replacement cost. To Claim return and refund, please contact our support with detail photos. (

- If you want, we can make exchange instead of refund. If amount is different, we will partially refund or request additional payment.

- Returns have not been discussed with our customer service center may be rejected.

- When you complete a return request, must to inform us of the carrier and invoice number.

* We can not accept return or refund for following items. Please be careful when ordering those items.

  a) electronic and electric parts

  b) Returned item must be new with original packing

  b) any parts installed and removed
