This is the cost incurred when the package of your order exceeds the shipping cost you paid. In case of extra cost
1. Occurs when the actual weight of the package is higher than you paid shipping weight.
2. Occurs when the Volume weight of the package is higher than you paid shipping weight.
3. Occurs when your shipping address is Out Of Delivery or Risk Of Delivery area set by each shipping company.
4. If we change the shipping company by exceeding the maximum weight set by the shipping company.
What is Volume weight?
Each carrier sets the shipping weight as the higher of the actual weight and the volume weight. The volume weight is calculated as follows. Length(cm)*width(cm)*Height(cm)/5000 = volume weight.
