Shipping weight & cost is too much

❓ Why is the shipping weight different from the product weight?

The shipping weight isn’t the same as the actual part weight. We add packing and protective materials, so the shipping weight can be a little higher.

❓ I ordered many items, but the shipping cost looks too high!

Yes, that can happen. Our system simply adds up each item’s weight to calculate the total. But when we pack everything together, the real shipping weight is often lighter than what the system shows.

Don’t worry — we’ll refund the difference after we finish packing and ship your order.

❓ How do refunds work?

• Refunds are made through the same payment method you used.

• We usually send it back within 1 day after shipping.

• Sometimes it takes a little longer since we do it manually.
